    This is a short (ten minutes short, yo) visual novel I wrote a couple years ago. I recently decided to revamp it with prettier graphics and music and voices and other fun shenanigans. It's not much, but I hope that you guys will enjoy it.

    There's an online player, so you don't even have to download it (yaaay), although it doesn't work in IE (not my fault). There are also downloadable versions for all major operating systems and the iPhone. The download versions are built on a different engine, so if the online player doesn't work, the download version should still work properly for you.

    Cast:
    Kuu - Soymilk Pudding
    Koda - maioceaneyes

    Music by Marc Conrad Tabula
    Art by Deji-chan

    Was really really enjoyable actually, I didn't expect such a good read!

    The acting was all very natural and cleverly done, I've only got a few nitpicks. The voices fit both the characters very well, but I do believe a few of Ku's lines were just a tad too soft and I think didn't fully portrayed that she was a cheerful girl (she seemed a tad solemn at times). But many of her other lines were brilliant! (such as "you don't honestly believe that do you") and her inflections all around were very well done. Excellent job~

    Koda was also very well done, he came off as someone who was very down on the world without overplaying. Still I think some of his expressions could be assisted with just a tad more projection but eh that's just me personally. Overall I loved his acting and his take~

    Hope you do another one of these sometime~

    I loved RE:Alistair++, but I hadn't played this novel yet, and I figured now would be the perfect time since you voiced it and everything~

    This was really beautiful. The art, the scripting, the concept, the characters, everything. I loved the voices, too! Some of the shorter lines sounded a little awkward, but I think that's only because of having to tie the voices to the text dialogue. I haven't tried voicing with Ren'Py yet, I previously used Novelty and then switched over, so I'm not sure of the exact process.

    Amazing job on this, and I look forward to your future works~ <3

    @hyperknees91: Thank you very much for the review! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

    @Makopi: Uwaaa...you like RE:A++? ::hearts:: I'm always happy (and surprised) when I find someone who's played it. For Ren'py, you just have to use the voice tag.

    I think I would've preferred a more regular font (Arial) like in the Phoenix Wright games.

    But other than that, it was really good! I like the guy's voice more tho, because it has more emotion.

    This is my first time seeing a visual novel with voices in it. Did you really created this? It's TOTALLY WONDERFUL!! and I totally love watching Ripples. More people should see your Visual Novels. I going to watch your other visual novels on your website later on.

    @sinmay: I like simple fonts, too (Verdana being my personal favorite), but I don't have a license for Arial, so I can't actually distribute it in my game. D: I only use free fonts for my stuff because of that. I like the guy's voice more, too. >.>;;

    @aqua_dolphin: Yup, I made it. Of course, the credit goes to all the cool people who did things like art and music, but I wrote the story and organized the team and everything. I hope that you enjoy my other works as well.

    @Out_of_Infinity: Thank you very much~

    Of course, it's a beautiful piece, but one thing really bugged me: it's probably just because I used the online version and I'm using Chrome, but sometimes when there were lines I had to wait for the music to end to hear the next line. It got really annoying.

    But it didn't take away from the final message! I really wasn't expecting that, it really made me smile. Maybe the ending was a bit abrupt; I liked that it ended on that note, but I think showing the cats/ the developed picture of them or something would've tied it up more neatly.

    Still, I loved the voices, and although they looped a little weird, the music was very pleasant as well. Can't wait to see more!

    This was such a nice piece! The artwork was gorgeous - I loved the use of such brilliant colors especially. The music was soft and unobstrusive, and the font was easy to read without being in the way of the image (which always kind of irritates me a bit).

    Acting was great, imo, with the inflections being subtle and not over-done at all.

    I do agree that perhaps the ending was a bit abrupt, and Monotori's idea of a developed picture of them together would've been a great way to tie it up (and give the reader a look at what Koda actually looks like).

    Overall, I really enjoyed it. =) I'll definitely check out more from this group, and thanks for sharing.
