This project comprises of a series of short clips from Transformers: War for Cybertron.


Guidelines


DEADLINE: August 31st

- Impersonations are accepted. Just take note, I don't know how every one sounds back in the G1 show (I only just got the DVDs). Original takes are encouraged,

• I reserve the right to scout if I don't find anyone appropriate for a character.
  - I also reserve the right to extend or shorten if necessary (however it's less likely I'll shorten)

- Save your audition in MP3 format - no WAV, please.

• Don't ask for a critique. I'll give it out when necessary.
  -No clicks, bumps, sneezes, coughs, doors, dogs, planes, trains, automobiles, etc. You know the drill.
  - Save your recordings as "Your Name_Character Name_Line Number" (EX: Ryusuke_Bumblebee_01)
  -Place all the lines in a zip file titled “Your Name Transformers Auditions” (ex: Ryusuke_Transformers Auditions).
• Please say in your e-mail if you are interested in being cast as extras/minor roles, if you don't get cast as any of the main characters.
  - Attach it to an email addressed to sonickenshin1@yahoo.com with the subject line reading “YourName’s Transformers Auditions” (ex: Ryusuke's Transformers Auditions).
  -Include your contact information in the email - VAA name, messengers, etc.

Zeta Prime


Sentinel Zeta Prime was originally an officer in the Elite Guard before being named Prime. Under pressure from the various guilds of Cybertron he oversaw the rise of the caste system that came to dominate Transformer society, a policy which brought him into conflict with Alpha Trion, and ultimately led to the archivist's self-imposed exile in the Hall of Records. By the time of the rise of the Decepticon movement time had robbed him of much of the fire which had made him an effective military leader, and this left him out of touch with the people he claimed to represent.


Voice Type: Commanding, Charismatic, Aggressive, and Surprisingly Menacing


Line 1: [Weak] “To anyone receiving this broadcast...this is Zeta Prime, I am being held captive in Megatron's Kaon {KAY-on} Prison Complex.”
Line 2: [after Megatron opens the container that should have contained the Omega Key] “Megatron, I'm warning you right now. You are toying with forces beyond your control!”
Line 3: [In the battle against Megatron. Surprisingly sinister and theactric.] “This battle is far from over Decepticon! Prepare for destruction!”
Line 4: [Broken] “A noble sentiment, Optimus. But, I'm already dead...”
