First of all, if you don't know what UTAU is, UTAU is a singing synthesizer like Vocaloid, just free and you can use your own voice. Though I'm quite good at voice acting, I search for 2 voice donors that can voice my last two UTAUs. I already made 4, 3 girls (TUwai Raitone, MIa Kakune and Arissa Roth) and one guy (Dio Kongosekine), but I want to redo the boy since He doesn't sound that male xD
It is important that you know how to pronounce at least decent Japanese. I don't mind if the UTAUs get a slight accent, but please, no english 'r's or 'o's ^^' If you don't know how to pronounce Japanese you can search for tutorials, I bet there are lots of them.

Personality: Though he loves eating (especially fast food) he has a sporty body because he does lots of sports. He prefers TV, though... A hopeless case. the only thing he's good in is sports. Not that smart.
Voice type: He should have a "bishie" voice, fitting for his age. Should sound solid.

It would be nice if you leave a short voice sample like, singing a line of a song or just babling some sentences or something like that before you record the voicebank! When I decided on a voice and if you get chose I will give you further advice what to record and stuff.
