Yet another great clip hyperknees! Kennidy's lines were a bit quiet at first but other than that I loved the mixing as well as the performances. This is my first time hearing Kennidy and I must say that I like what I hear.

Awesome job you guys! Hyperknees and Kennidy, you were both totally believable. You rock those young-adult hero voices Hyper..

Only negative thing I can say is that Kennidy's lines were noticeably static-y. But really great acting!

EDIT: Upon re-listening more closely, I actually hear the minor static I was talking about in both Kennidy and hyperknees's lines, up until their last segment. It was a little easier for me to hear with Kennidy initially because there's no bass to cover it, but I hear a little in both... so maybe there was some mixing issue? I don't know, as I haven't mixed before. It really is extremely minor, I only noticed it in the beginning with Kennidy initially, but on the second watch as I was trying to hear it, I heard minor static whenever either of you spoke -- as if it marked when you started and stopped recording. It's so soft though, it doesn't detract at all from the experience.

Sarifus, I think I would believe anything you say in that voice. Wanted to hear more!

Really? I didn't hear it. My lines were mastered, yes, but they weren't static-y. That's just the background noise that was never removed.
In any case, I'll edit this post when I feel a bit better.

ya that was my bad, I didn't use any noise removal and while mixing I think I made the noise a bit more apparent then it needed to be.

Will remember that for the future!

    Ooh! Fire Emblem! Must comment!

Mixing wise, I would suggest looking into to some cleaner sfx. The footsteps were to heavy and odd sounding for the scene, and the hand grasp had the same rough quality. If you need some, feel free to hit me up, as I have roughly ten gigs worth. Now onto the acting!

Kennidy: Beyond the quality issue with the background sound, which isn't your fault, the acting was quite good. I might suggest toning it down just a tad though for this scene. She is nervous and anxious, but you sounded more like you were about to cry, which is a bit much. I did like it overall. Good work!

Hyperknees: I like your voice for Ike. It has the right age range and timbre. Don't take this the wrong way, but I thought your acting was rather sub-par in this scene. Your energy and delivery was flat for the most part, which is a real shame because Ike is such an emotional character in this game. Be sure to work on making him sound more kind and caring towards Elencia if you ever decide to voice him in the future. Again, vocal quality is great! Look forward to hearing more!

Sarifus: What can I say? You have a great voice for a narrator. I would have mixed a tad more echo into the voice personally to add more of a disembodied quality, but that's a mixing gripe. Me likey!

As I said, I really look forward to more of this! I love Fire Emblem!

Thanks for the critique bigT, I will try to put more emotion into in the future. Hopefully if I do another round with ike it won't be so flat.
