Hi, hello, I’m Willow an’ I’ll try an’ keep this as concise as possible ^^
I run a small AMV studio and I’m currently working on a new, spontaneous project where Princess Garnet (from Final Fantasy IX) has learnt the hardship of what it means to be a Healer. She was brought up by Aerith Gainsborough (from Final Fantasy VII), a Cetra, who knows the Ancient ways of healing but Garnet felt unsatisfied with her progress and where she lived. She wanted to do more in her line of work and was determined to defeat every pain or monster bite in her path!
She went her sparate way and returned within a year...
This will only be a onetime production, so there are no sequels or scripts, just the lines you see here ^^

CONTEXT:
'his' Who 'he' specifically is and what 'his' mission is is not important. 'He' is just the someone that makes Garnet realise she can't heal everything. (Spelt out: he dies)
The Cetra are one of the planet's oldest races. They look identical to regular humans, but are deeply spiritual in nature and healing.
A sending is the ritual for a funeral. The ritual sends the souls of the dead onto the Far Planes (basically heaven) to prevent them from becoming bitter about dying and turning into fiends. Voice type: Medium, strong but perhaps tired in places. You can use whatever accent you feel suits her.
Audition: ((Because the dialogue is short, I’m including all of what you will be required to say. The beginning 'she laughed' is continuing from Aerith's audition.))

I wanted to prove I could become so good that I would never fail to heal something – someone. I left home and eventually found his bulletin post. I accepted right away.* I swore to be his White Mage. I swore to protect him.
I guess I had to learn what Aerith meant for myself.
I couldn’t perform the sending, though it was his last wish. I just couldn’t.** I left that to the real Summoners, the real Mages of these worlds.
I want to heal everything...”
*She had found the chance to prove herself - she was excited!
**This is where she is indirectly saying she couldn't heal him and so he died.

Voice type: Soft, medium-high, generically known to have an American accent – it would be nice if you can imitate her original voice as this isn’t a dub over ^_^
