O wise wig master, where mightst I buy a long black wig for a good price and good quality? Everything I've found so far was way too expensive (over $100 for awesome wigs) or $9 for reeeeally crappy wigs. Is there a middle ground some place???

I think I read somewhere that you're cosplaying Linalee, right? If you can buy from ebay, here's a wig I think might work for her, assuming you're doing her pigtailed hair. It's like $60.

Generally wigs from there are really nice. I have two from that seller and I know Emi has bought from there before too. $60 isn't bad for the convenience of already having pigtails on the wig either, considering making pigtails in a wig yourself without the proper knowledge of how to do so usually ends up disastrous...

If you're ordering wigs from ebay, or any overseas seller from whatever source, make sure you get it at least a month before the con. A month in a half to be safe.

lol what Erica said~ I would also recommend the ebay store Fantasy Sheep for wigs~ But they don't have the pigtailed wig right now.

Cosplaywig's quality has been up and down lately - it all depends on the wig you get. But if you get a good one, it's a reaaaally good one. Also, their shipping has been taking a looong time and they don't answer questions. x_X Ayanamisatoru is also a shop that has its ups and downs.

CCKids has a pigtailed wig up right now, too.

It's about the same price as the cosplaywig one and it ships faster, too. They also do custom colors so you can try messaging them for anything special. Same goes for Fantasy Sheep.

My favorite wig shops are CCKIDS http://stores.ebay.com/Charissa-KIDS and Fantasy Sheep http://stores.ebay.com/FANTASY-SHEEP-COSWIG-LAND as well as J-BWigs. I use Fantasy Sheep the most lately~ Unfortunately, it's hard to get anything from J-BWigs unless you use taobao or go to their store in Taiwan. Which sucks, cuz I LOVE their wigs to death.

ugu I'm getting 2 wigs and for me that's alot especially money wise so like I said earlier this must of cost you a small fortune.

Not only that but you look so good in all of them you're so natural. I bet I'll look so awkward when I wear my wigs expecially with shoving my long hair under that wig cap. Bobby pins here I come T,T

Current Progress

Been working on my Crowned Clown for this weekend. I have pretty much all the fabric, I just need to go to the fabric store tomorrow to get some fur. I'd planned to start patterning the coat today since I got my suede, but decided to make the mask instead. I also need to get materials for the sword tomorrow. This'll be fun. xD

The sword and mask are both complete! The Crowned Clown cloak/coat thing is almost done, too. I just need to finish up the sleeve and add a hook and eye. Then I just need to figure out how to connect the mask and I'll be all set for Saturday <333 Here's the finished sword.
