...How on earth do you draw a front view without making it look, well, flat?

Maybe you could define the little parts of the body? Like the nose, mouth, hands/fingers, etc. Shading also helps.

Oh hey, I have millions of drawings I forgot to post here!

So after I recorded my lines for a Scott Pilgrim Dissidia machinima parody, I was tempted to imitate Bryan Lee O'Malley's "Scott Pilgrim" style to give the machinima more pizazz (cover/title/splash art).

I made this for BigK, who also triples as a writer and a voice actor~

I drew the first picture sometime in middle school, I think when Trigun was still airing for the first time in the US.
This is part of a bigger picture that's more embarrassing because of how anime-influenced I was at the time, but whatevs!
