As an aspiring fashion designer, I have many designers that I look up to. Alexander McQueen was one of them.
His contribution to British fashion wlll never be forgotten. :[

In case you are not familiar with the work of McQueen, all I have to say he is the designer that Lady GaGa wears most. [you may be familiar with the armadillo heels and McQueen ensemble in her Bad Romance video...]
In any case, he greatly influenced fashion and his innovated works were pure genuis. That is why I look up to him as a designer.
It saddens me that he is no longer alive, and right before fashion week too. :/
