Um. I live in central FL. so none of that stuff has really happened to me.
The rest of my family have been luckier in that sense, my dad met Paul Newman twice. And bought a car from him.
My sister works at a Victoria's Secret at a high volume mall and encountered a few celebs.
my mom's aunt has met MArc Anthony, Celia Cruz, and some other hispanic singer dude whose name I can not recall at them moment. Lol its funny because they all hugged and kissed her. Though the one person she really wants to meet is Julio Iglesias.... Because shes had a massive crush on him for years.

But I do live kind of near Tiger Woods... so does that count? xD

I suppose I could tell an actual story, though these guys are hardly "celebrities."

While meeting up with Lucien Dodge in LA in 2005, my best friend and I sat in the lobby of a voice acting production company he was meeting with. Lucien's friend, Corey Burton, was with him in the back so Joe and I were waiting. As we wait, I hear a familiar voice on the other side of the room.

It's Rob Paulsen, voice of Yakko Warner, Raphael, etc. He's chatting up some other fellow and they're having a rather serious conversation about eminent domain. Paulsen was saying something akin to the idea that the government needed to swipe land from illegals or something and could do it because of eminent domain. We were kind of snickering, but when he incorrectly identified eminent domain as the 7th Amendment, we wanted to correct him.

Out of respect for Raphael, we did not.

Later that day I saw Aaron MacGruder come out of the recording studio (these were the initial Boondocks recordings) with some jailbait on each arm lookin' like a P.I.M.P.
Because I'll be pulverizing you sometime over the weekend.

And the cleaning lady... cleans up... dust. She dusts. And she has weekends off, so... Monday. Right?

I was in New Orleans about 3 months or so ago, having lunch at a local diner near Loyola University's campus, and my family and I happened to notice a guy who we all swore we'd seen somewhere before in a movie. It turns out it was Aaron Eckhart, the actor from The Dark Knight who played Harvey Dent aka 'Two Face'. He pretty much kept to himself, so no one really bothered him and left him to eat in peace. Just as he was leaving, after his free lunch of course, a few girls approached him for his autograph and he went on his way.

Although I don't think this one counts as much of a celebrity, I think it also should be mentioned: About 20 min after Eckhart left, just as I was leaving the diner, my dad happened to spot an ex-Hornet's basketball coach that was waiting in line to be seated. I can't quite recall his name.... Byron Scott, maybe?

Anyway, apparently that diner is pretty popular. Camellia Grill is the diner's name ^^

On my way to an audition at a well known studio in NYC, I rode the elevator up with a couple of people, including a nicely dressed, interesting, and friendly man whose dialect suggested he was not from these parts. He pointed out that we were all going to floor 19, and asked if any of us astronauts. "It seems like something that would happen in some astronaut movie, us all going to floor 19. Are you sure none of you are astronauts? I'm a bit of a fan of them myself." At one point he said how he was going to do some ADR for the new Narnia movie, Prince Caspian. After shaking hands with one of the other guys who seemed to be beaming, I got off and went to my audition. I later heard buzz that "Eddie Izzard was spotted on this floor!" I thought "Oh that's cool, I wish I could have seen him."

That evening well after I had gotten home, I was running the encounter with the quirky gentleman through my head, and thought "You know, his sense of humor.. heh.. it was actually quite Eddie Izzard-ish, hehe................ SON OF A BITCH! THAT WAS HIM!"

Having really only been familiar with him through his Dressed to Kill act, his very dapper appearance rendered him virtually unrecognizable to me.
