Hi there VAA, Kalcaman from the VAC asking for your help!

I'm doing an animated comic called Robbed by my friend Blindknight on deviant art.

The audition closes on the 12th of January

Currently I need 1 Female to audition for the part of Prudence, A Gothic high school girl who dabbles in witchcraft and the such. She's kinda a loner and tends to lean upon the geeky side of witchcraft..

I'm looking for someone who sounds between the ages of 16-25 Can pull off a geeky sound (but no true lisping :/) and is okay with pronouncing some of the lines such as "hail satan" that are highlighted in the comic. She also has a slight "posh" accent (think pride and prejudice but not as intense)

    Raven: André Deuxchamp(closed)
    Prudence: (open)

    Prudence Audition Lines:

1: (slightly nervous/questioning) Are you...quite sure about this?

2: (nagging) If headmaster SpindleCrest Catches us down here, well probably be expelled.

3: (Modest bragging) Oh its nothing, I just read...you know? Necromancy, that sort of thing.

4: (Trying to make conversation/chipper) Actually, crypts are quite cozy, don't you think?

Send these in a zip folder as MP3's

Label each line "Prude_(yourname)_(Line#)" and the folder "Prude_Yourname"

Send the lines to going2home@hotmail.com and title the message "Prudence Audition" or else it might get deleted.

The audition closes on the 12th of January

Watch you mic quality! Even great voice actors will be turned away if their mic quality is bad!

    Happy VA'ing!

    Kalca

Sure, I'll give it a shot. : ) Oh, crap, nevermind, unless you accept WAVs. I love and hate ProTools...

Yeah for sure, WAV's are fine.

Last call for auditions! Have had some pretty good ones so far.

I wait with bated breath for a few more.

    Alright!

Thanks for all of you who sent in auditions!

The Voice Actress chosen for Prudence was hard to really decide as all of you had your own personal quirks to add and I had no solid "voice" that I wanted for her.

    Crystal Miller made the cut!

Thanks again and please check out the finished project!

For those of you who didn't make it I do make tons of projects and always have need for female VA's so I know who to contact when I need help
