It's been a while since I sang something and I got a random urge to record a song today. I tried to adapt the lyrics and keep true to feel the English translation (both choruses are supposed to be the same >__>).
This version is a lot slower than the PG opening, but I love the way the strings sound. It was hard to keep the energy up and not rush.
Concrit is loved!

Lyrics: In case anyone wants to sing them! Please post a response or link me if you do.
-------------------------------
Smash my memories
Tear tear them all away
Pull them from my heart
With your own hands
Seal away my pain
end the sorrow that still plagues
my every breath
Darling, impale this heart
(it's) overflowing with my anxious love
Gazing skyward
and I'm certain that tomorrow will come
I don't know how I can manage
with my wayward heart.
The birds beside me soar away
into the heavenly sky
Did they find with their free spirits
what I desperately long?
Please wait!
I want to fly with you.
To ride upon your back and free my soul
Escape the pain!
A memory malaise! I suffer!
fly to extreme heights
elude emotion
I'll hide forever!
Smash my memories
Tear tear them all away
Pull them from my heart
With your own hands
Seal away my pain
end the sorrow that still plagues
my every breath
Darling, impale this heart
(it's) overflowing with my anxious love

The major problem I'm having is with pops and clicks. I don't have so many with my "pop screen," but the ones that are there are hard to edit out. With regular voice lines, I usually just erase, or mute a few ms to take them out. With singing that jacks up the timing. Audacity click removal does jack.
Also mixing: I basically just superimposed a few tracks and export to MP3, but I'm betting there's a more refined way to finish singing tracks. Any tips?
