Macross Frontier: In 2009, humanity came in contact with it's first alien life known as the Zentraedi, a war like race who knew nothing of culture but obliterated whatever they came into contact with. Humanity was nearly destroyed but saved with the power of culture, and the Zentraedi agreed to a peace treaty.
In order to continue man kinds existence a plan was established to colonize other worlds in the far reaches of the galaxy.
50 years after the events of Space War One, the 25th long distance fleet known as Macross Frontier continues it's goal to reach the center of the galaxy.
During their voyage, they come into contact with another alien race known as the Vajra, their origins are unknown and there is no way of communicating with them, but they fight on against the Vajra the best they can.
Alto Saotome, a student civilian joins with the Strategic Military Services contactors known as the SMS and helps protect Frontier with the help of his fellow class mates Micheal Blanc and Luca Angeloni.
Alto also begins to develope a relationship with super star Sheryl Nome, and up coming idol Ranka Lee, the younger sister of his squad leader Ozma Lee.
But more lurks in the shadows of a conspiracy which could destroy Frontier...

Macross Frontier Take Two: A recast of roles that must be filled in order to complete the second episode that was due out back before the summer. It's not known if I'll continue the series after this episode is completed, it's hopeful, very hopeful, but with the movie coming out in a month, my focuses could be sent into doing the production of that film rather than continuing a 25 episode series.
However, as long as the cast is willing and able, I will continue the series until they say no more.
So here's what I'm looking for, I have several female roles open, and one main male role that has to be filled. Auditions will continue until the roles are filled, so check the first page here to see if they've been filled or not so you know when to audition or not. If you see a name highlighted on the list of characters then you'll know.
When someone achieves a role I'll contact them ASAP and let them know. It's really that simple!

Alto Saotome
AGE 17:
Voice Type: Medium, almost manly despite his female appearance.
(No Accents Please)
A high school student in the Mihoshi Academy Pilot Training course. As a result of his fine features and long hair he is often mistaken for a girl at first glance, even receiving the nickname 'Hime' (Princess). His appearance was revealed to have been inherited from his late mother, Miyo. Despite this, he is otherwise a rather normal, though somewhat aloof and standoffish, boy. Born into a well-known Kabuki family, his persistent yearning for the skies has made for a thorny relationship with his father. He constantly frets about living aboard Macross Frontier due to the lack of a true 'sky'.
He has developed emotional bonds with both Ranka Lee and Sheryl Nome despite not knowing how he truly feels for the two of them.
WARNING: This role will recquire a lot of yelling, Alto is very loud at moments in comparison to some of the other male characters.
1) NOTE: In this scene Alto is watching Ozma battle a Vajra, questioning what happened to Gilliam, the pilot who was first in the VF-25 Alto is currently in

2) NOTE: This is response to Cathy Glass as she goes over his record and how he should be filed for criminal charges on piloting a Valkyrie.
*groan* But I had no choice in the matter! That pilot had been killed!
3) NOTE: Riding with Ozma Lee, the leader of the SMS Skull team, he questions Ozma during his ride.

And why does a company like yours have a machine that advance?

Nanase Matsuura
AGE: 16
Voice Type: Rather girlish almost highpitch but very confident.
Another classmate of Alto, Michael and Luca, Matsuura is also Ranka Lee's friend. A shy, quiet and voluptuous girl with glasses, she also works in the same "Nyan-Nyan" restaurant as Ranka and supports her dream of becoming a singer. Nanase is a skilled artist and was once a participant in Miss Macross.
She encourages Ranka to always chase her dreams.

Mina Roshan
AGE: 18
Voice type: High, girlish, cute
One of the bridge operators of SMS Macross Quarter. Currently in charge of internal warship status management. Despite having an IQ of 180, she sometimes has trouble adjusting to the pace of her fellow teammates.She is proud of her high level of intelligence. Mina is also of Indian ancestry.
1) One of the few lines near the end of the episode, Mina does play a bit more of a role but her appearance in this episode was slim.
In here she addresses her fellow operator Ram rather sarcastically.
And why would they? They sounded the all clear this morning.
2) Agreeing with her fellow operators on the sexy appearance of their newest pilot, Alto.
Oh my, he is rather good looking at such a young age.~
Catherine Glass
AGE: 23
VOICE TYPE: Medium, Mature, seductive
A N.U.N.S. General Staff second lieutenant attached to the Macross Frontier, she is also the daughter of President Howard Glass. Both beautiful and intelligent, Catherine is revealed to be a former Miss Macross winner, and later goes on to serve on the judging panel in the 2059 contest. After having graduated from university with honors, she joined NUNS and is being fast-tracked into the elite. Though a very competent officer, she sometimes lacks flexibility. She has a relationship with Leon Mishima without her father's knowledge and was formerly in a relationship with Ozma Lee before that.
1) NOTE: In this scene, Cathy goes over Alto's record. Near the end she starts to sound a little cold and upset on the second audition set.
