You've got a lot of samples packed into a minute, which is pretty impressive, and the transitions were nice and swift. Good music and sfx choices too.

In the meantime, I'd say that I finished listening to your demo without a clear idea of your voice despite all the different samples you had. A lot of them sounded very similar, so I'd condense everything a bit and take out a good chunk of the weaker ones. A lot of your reads were rather generic; it's best to make each character's emotion and action unique and utterly clear. I should know instantly if I'm listening to a young teen hero or a goofy sidekick. Work on your acting first and foremost.

On a technical note, your microphone quality could use a lot of improvement, so I'd get a better one with less static and noise. Also, your accent makes it hard to understand what you're saying a lot of the time; I'd recommend listening closely to the baseline American speech patterns in anime and cartoons (heck even commercials, live action shows and news broadcasts) and emulating them as best you can until they become second nature to you. If you want to take it a step further you could try googling some websites like the International Archive of English Dialects and listening to all the different samples from the United States.

All of that said, it's clear that you've been working at it and that perhaps you're starting to get an ear for the sound. Congrats on four months of voice acting!

Sounds like you have a good range and able to pull off a good assortment of voice types. Mic quality is the main issue i had, anything else I have no idea since I myself am not capable of even critiquing myself.
