I'm having trouble getting any other accent then a slight British one... My normal speech is full blown American, but I can not change my voice in the least with out for some reason my accent going this style. So is there and tips you can give me?

It just takes a lot of practice.

You could check out http://web.ku.edu/~idea/index.htm
which has accents of English from everywhere all over the world. The speakers read texts that contain pretty much every sound, so you can download a file and study copying it. Keep going through it, sentence by sentence, repeating the pronunciation and rhythm of the phrases.

I'd focus on one accent at a time and try to get as confident as you can with that before moving onto the next, so you feel happy picking up a text and reading it with that accent and also that rhythm, which is just as important.

Whenever I need to learn a new accent, my first resource is YouTube.
Just search "French accent" or "French person" and try and find a video of an authentic person from France, speaking on cam! Good luck -DLMS

Only problem there is that you limit your range. If you search for '___ accent', you'll probably get only the stereotypical accent associated with that country.

My advice would be to watch say a youtube video wherein someone talking has an accent and try to imitate what they say until it seems like you've gotten the basic feel for the accent. Perhaps more importantly, though, is to not be timid, it doesn't matter if you sound odd as you practice, just keep going until you got it down.

I have found this website very helpful with learning new accents: http://accent.gmu.edu/index.php =) They offer multiple recordings of people who are native to various regions so... that might be able to help a little bit! It helped me try to learn an Arabic accent once.
