All right~ First I'd suggest mixing in some music to the background, because background music truely can add to a voice or create a scene for the voice. Second, I'd suggest creating an actualy script for you dub. Rather than stating what voice your doing or what particular anime/manga/show/etc. the voice is from, choose a line or two for that voice instead. Personally, it's very impressive to hear a voice and know the line and think "oh wow...they totally sound like so-and-so from such-and such." My second suggestion would be emotion, though the character you chose were all very different, I think different emotions would help you future demos immensely. Try emotions happy, sad, hurt, confused, shocked, and afraid rather than having a similar emotion throughout your demo reel. Also, use your strongest voices for your reel, the female voices you used didn't seem very strong -unless you were going for abridged because if that the case they were good- which takes away from the quality of your reel. You show promise and I'd love to see what you can do with your updated reel.
All in all, I hope this helps!
[EDIT] Also, I think this would simply go under "Character" Demo Reel rather than a "Commercial" Reel.
