Alright, wow, this is a lot of people that are interested, sweet. Ok then, I'll look through this thread and take a tally of those who would be able to make it during NYAF, and those that can't.

I think the meet up point should be Penn Station or Time Square, they're central locations for people to be arriving at, and I'm intimately familiar with the area there and in-between and could easily navigate people. Having been to NYAF last year...the con itself was a bit of a loss, the fun came from us AVAers hanging out together.

...I guess I'll just have to bug Matt into telling me how to get to Penn station on subway lines then~ The only places I know how to get on the subway are: Grand Central, Time Square, and Columbia University T_T (and every place that the 1 line stops along that way...50, 59, 66, 72, 79, 86, 96, 103, 110, and 116 <---My stop, Columbia University.)

Yeaaaah...I just know the order off the top of my head...I have nothing better to do on that train except memorize the order of the stops anyway T_T

I am definately up for a meet-up during the fall. I live 30 minutes away from the city via train and, unless something comes up, I'll be going to NYAF

If you're going downtown on the 1 train, get off at 59th and transfer to the downtown A or the C (the blue line). Take that to 34th Street Penn Station.

Looks like we've got a good bunch that want to go! If it is around the NYAF, we probably wouldn't meet AT the festival, we'd probably meet somewhere close by, or maybe head to central park or something like that, if that sounds good to everyone.
