I found a nice site to add to the music index. A royalty-free music site by the name of Incompetech. They have tons of great stuff there. I just found out about it and I've been browsing for a about an hour so far.

could anyone help me with finding a SFX of summer. i'm having a really hard time finding some (or maybe i'm just too picky...). here's exactly what i'm looking for:
a background sound that's typically used for japanese summers
cicadas crying but it's more of background sound so it's really soft (though i'm also looking for a louder version like someone walking in a forest with cicadas around them)
maybe some VERY soft wind

can anyone help? i've been looking everywhere (including the sites given!)!

Look in the Visual Novel SFX; there's several in there (most aren't labelled, so yes you have to just listen to them yourself 9_9 ); and I'm pretty sure there are several in the other SFX packs up for download here too...look harder, that's not a hard one to find.

These are fantastic. Any chance there could be some FF sound effects like water fountains, outside and demon voices?
