I'm doing a little research here.

Other than "Because I'm asked to", what makes you listen to certain productions?

    Recently Cast As...
    Rei Takashima in Deadman Wonderland
Yuki Morita in Morita-san wa Mukuchi

Available For Scouting? Yes and No...
I am unable to take on any large roles at this time, but if you need a one-liner or some background stuff feel free to ask me ^^

Other than being told to listen, one that sounds interesting to me or a series or show that Ive heard of always helps, or familiar names also seem to draw me towards a production.

There are a number of reasons. Either 1) I'm in it, 2) It's by a producer I know or a friend of mine, 3) It looks interesting, and 4) It's something I know and therefore can actually critique what I'm watching

True. Our screams of pleasure do drown out the sound.

An interesting cast, an interesting anime/manga/videogame, an excellent producer, or if I'm in it/a friend is in it.

    Ah-hah.

I tend to watch/listen more if I've just put one of my own works on the board. I feel that if I expect people to listen and comment to my works, I should pay some attention to theirs as well.

Generally speaking... I'm more likely to watch a fandub than listen to a radio play, because this is my field.

If it's a fanwork, I'm more likely to click on it if it's something I'm familiar with and like... or if it's something I was interested in checking out, but had not seen it before. If it's Inuyasha I probably won't watch it unless asked .

If it's an original, sometimes the title might catch my eye, or I remember seeing auditions for it and thought it was interesting (but not interesting enough for me to actually audition) at the time.

Certain producers catch my eye more than others, and also certain posters who may have replied to the thread last may encourage me to at least check it out.

Also last, but not least. If I see the thread in question has no replies, I'll probably take a look. I figure I'd be pretty depressed if I put my heart and soul into a work and absolutely no one commented. If the thread has 30 replies or something, I might take a look to see why it's so popular, but probably won't reply.
