[9/10] Lucky Star OVA Fandub [Part 3]

Before I critique, note that I'm not super familiar with Lucky Star but I'll do my best.

Minami - MistressOfSake

• I enjoyed your voice it was really pleasing to the ears, at first I had believed you would be using a monotone voice but I'm very glad you didn't you had a very decent amount of emotion and I enjoyed the slight rasp you added. Your final lines really got the feeling of worry across.

Miyuki - Solstice

• I was expecting it to be a little higher but I'm glad you stuck with a voice that sounded natural.

Tsukasa - Kaori

• It was cute and for the most part I enjoyed it but at times your pitch fluctuated slightly.

Kagami - Katerinu

• You do annoyed character so well, no complaints.

Konata - Pollariis

• Your quality was very poor and there was a pop before and after all your lines which really made me sad. No real lines to comment on.

Yutaka - LittlestOne

• SO VERY cute. I loved it.

Hiyori - NikkiKora

• Nothing to really say, it was well done and no complaints, it fit.

Patricia - Patricia Martin

• The voice sounded very forced, and it was hard to understand you at some points. I liked your "Hello Cherry!" however.

Minami's Mom - ThatLameGirl

• You had a motherly tone which made it work, but it didn't have the maturity to the voice I would have liked to have heard.

In all this was an entertaining fandub, the sound effects were a little poor in quality but it did what it needed to. OMG did the dog eat the cellphone?! I was please that regardless of the amount of high voiced females you managed to get a collection of girls with unique voices.

Haha, I'm glad you all liked the Hiyori/Dog scene. ='D I couldn't help laughing at it too when I was mixing it. xD And yay, cast love! Aren't they great? <3

Ugh, volumes. >_<; I was having some trouble on that, thanks for pointing out exact places. ;w; I'll go back and edit Part 1 with what everyone's told me so far, as well as keep an eye out for these things in the future! This was incredibly well done =] The quality was high, and the casting was done amazingly!

I could really feel a lot of the characters coming out... wonderful! <3

As an update, Part 2 is ON THE WAY!
It's taking a lot longer than expected, because some lines are still missing. *sigh* I'm really hoping to have it done by the start or middle of next week! <3
Part 3 is actually closer to being finished than Part 2 is, so they'll probably be released sometime together. xD

I've also pretty much finished editing Part 1 using all the mixing critiques as guidelines, so once Part 2 is up, I'll have streaming links up for a revised Part 1. <3

I really loved Kagami's voice! It was perfect for the character. Some of the microphones were a bit staticy, but that aside, I'm very impressed. I hope you will keep dubbing more episodes.

After a long wait, Part 2 has FINALLY been completed~! Part 3 is almost done and should be finished roughly around... three weeks. Ha~ ^^;

P.S. I also want to ask those who plan on giving feedback to please let me know if the sound quality is too loud or if it differs any between parts, as recently my computer has decided to mess with volume controls and do as it pleases. >__<; So please let me know if any parts are way too loud or way too quiet so I can fix them!
