Yukio Terada
Short bio: A Chairman of the Omi Alliance and the 5th Chairman of the Tojo Clan. He is mentioned in the first game by Nishiki, and was first seen as helping Nishiki only to betray him and help Kazuma and his late oyabun, Shintaro Fuma. He goes to Kazuma, asking him to assist the Omi Alliance to end a clan war and in doing so, can bring peace to the Tojo Clan as well.

Yuya
