It's a story about a young man named Kaleb DeVaire who, for the past 187 years, has been a vampire. He fled from France after being chased away because of the fact that he wasn't aging, and is now in London, England. He plans to start life all over anew in a place he's never been to before. However, he meets a girl named Amy Aleska who turns his life completely around. He came to London in search of a quiet and peaceful life. However, his heart quickly betrays him and he doesn't want to feel that heartbreak anymore. Trying his best to settle in, he is constantly plagued by memories and regrets of his past as they dredge up old feelings and enemies come back to see where Kaleb has really gone.
It's like Twilight except A LOT more action packed! It revolves around the two main character, Kaleb and Amy, and their growing romance. It focuses on Kaleb's regret of his past and Amy's hopeless love for him. An action-packed romantic comedy, Bloodline Masquerade is here to make its' debut!

Name: Kaleb DeVaire [Kay-Lib Duh-Vare]
Age: 187 years old [appears to be 19]
Bio: Kaleb was born in Fountainbleu, France and lived there for most of his life. When he was 19 years old, he was engaged to a beautiful woman named Gwynn Katiere. They were supposed to be married on the night of his birthday but they were both attacked by ravenous vampires. The vampires murdered Gwynn and toyed with Kaleb before turning him into a vampire and leaving him in the alleyway for dead. When he found out that he wasn't dying, he panicked and ran away. A few days later, he remembered everything and grieved for his lost love and his stolen humanity. He traveled around France for most of his vampiric life but people began to catch on that he wasn't aging so they began running him out of their towns. Soon enough, with nowhere to go, he fled to England to start life anew.
Kaleb is very mysterious when you get right down to it. He doesn't talk unless he has to and when he does, he never says more then a few words. He's quiet and keeps mostly to himself but that's only because of the pain he's felt in his past.

Name: Dimitri Minakov [Dee-Mee-Tree Mee-Nuh-Cough]
Age: 261 years old [appears to be 25]
Bio: Dimitri was born in Moscow, Russia. He lived a pretty sheltered life with his mother, father, and two older sisters, Elena and Elza. They grew up poor with not enough money to eat a full meal every day. Nonetheless, his family was happy with each other. One night, wild vampires ravaged their street, attacking and murdering families one right after the other. The Minakovs had heard them coming and locked up their house but it didn't stop the vampire. They broke in and murdered Dimitri's entire family right before his very eyes. He watched from the confines of his parents closet through a crack in the door. The vampires eventually found him and killed him, not knowing that he did not die but instead turned into one of them. The vampires set his house on fire and poor Dimitri was left to escape and wander Russia all alone.
A few decades later, he became bored of Russia and moved on to France where he met Kaleb. During that time, Kaleb was not a vampire but a human desperately in love with Gwynn. Dimitri and Kaleb became best friends who did everything together. The night that Kaleb was "killed", Dimitri watched the entire thing from a rooftop but made no motion to help. Cold-hearted and steeled away from any human emotion because of what he had seen as a child, he let the vampires kill Gwynn and torture his best friend. He eventually saw Kaleb leave France and go to England and decided to let him stew for a while. Now he's decided he wants to go visit his old friend once more just to see how he's doing .. oh, and of course, who the new toy who that Kaleb found.
Dimitri is devious, evil and downright cruel. He doesn't give a damn about anyone on the planet except himself. His eyes are a harsh color of bright amber and his hair is a sandy brown color. He has the trademark snowy white skin and the devious smile that would send chills up anyone's spin.
Voice type: Low. His voice is a lot like Shishio Makoto from Rurouni Kenshin, if anyone has seen that before.

Name: Devon Arquette [De-Vin Ar-Kette]
Age: 21 years old
Bio: Devon is Amy's childhood friend. He lived next door to her for almost all of her life and they were inseparable. When Amy graduated from her sophomore year of high school, he left to study culinary in France. However, what he really left to do was to study mythology. Devon, like Amy and her family, was so interested in mythology but his parents were against it. His mother is a doctor and his father is a lawyer. They believe that mythology is a stupid career choice to follow and because of that, they always pushed Devon to be something respectable. He lied to them and fled to France where he learned everything about mythology. However, one night, he was attacked by a runaway vampire and got turned into a vampire himself. It tore everything away from him and Devon was devastated. He suddenly harbored a strong hate towards the vampires and the blood he so craved. He rejected the urges strongly and lived on somehow without drinking a single drop of blood. He began studying various ways to kill a vampire and decided to become a vampire hunter. Coming back to England to check up on Amy and his family, he is surprised to find out who she's currently with.
Devon is a nice guy overall. He had light blond hair and dark brown eyes with sun-kissed skin. Having always been a likable guy, his personality is pretty straightforward, if not run-of-the-mill. He is kind, cautious to a point, caring of things he loves, stubborn and determined. He's always had a knack for seeing past things and observing little details. He's extremely gifted when it comes to math as well and his IQ is well into the 170's.
Voice type: Low-Medium. It's soft and kind. You know, the usual tone for a nice guy like him.

Age: 256 years old [appears to be in his late twenties]
Bio: Not a lot is known about Jacques. He was born in France and from there, not much is documented. He's lived most of his life in a shadow away from everyone else. The only thing that he's known for it taking in a young Kaleb when he first turned into a vampire. Jacques had found Kaleb wandering. Kaleb was hungry for blood and tried to attack Jacques but he soon found that he was just like him. Jacques felt sorry for the lost boy so he took him in, tended to his thirst and took care of him. He raised Kaleb and taught him some tricks to being a vampire. He ended up becoming a lot like a father figure for Kaleb. Suddenly one night, he was given a strange warning that if he didn't leave Kaleb, a group of powerful vampires were going to come and kill him. So, he left that night but was tricked and taken captive. Kaleb was attacked anyway and, thinking that Jacques betrayed him, fled and never saw him again. Jacques, in the meantime, escaped and tried to find Kaleb. Finally tracking him down, he finds him in England .. with someone he's never seen before.
Voice type: Medium-- I picture him sounding a lot like Shigure Sohma from Fruits Basket. He's a jokester by heart and loves to make fun of people.

Name: Dr. Gabriel Quail [Gay-Bree-El Qwail]
Age: 190 years old [appears to be 25 years old]
Bio: The only thing you need to know about Gabriel is that he's a doctor. He was born in Alaska and lived there for most of his life where he always wanted to be a doctor. Both of his parents were doctors so it was only natural. He was attacked while staying late at a library doing some medical research. He was "killed" and thrown to the bottom of an icy lake. He survived because of his vampiric powers and decided he couldn't go back to his family the way he was. He continued studying medical, hoping to find some way to cure the vampire curse.
He met Kaleb and Jacques when Jacques called him in to take care of Kaleb. Gabriel was Jacques' personal doctor and always came to him when he called in need of assistance.
He is a very mysterious man as well. He is serious at all times, never smiling and never showing happiness in his eyes. One thing that must be known about Gabriel is that he has one black eye and one silver eye. He was born with silver eyes and snow white hair but when he was attacked, his eye was damaged and the vampire powers healed it over. However, it turned to a dark black color and is now stuck that way.
Voice type: Low, calm and serious at all time. Sort of like Krad from D.N Angel

Name: Elliot Aleska [El-Ee-Utt Uh-Les-Kuh]
Age: 43 years old
Bio: Nothing too important. It's Amy's father and he's a rather normal man. Aside from his love of mythology and traveling the world, he's like any other father in the world. He cares a lot for Amy because she's his only daughter and only child. He's over protective of her and is quick to enforce the rules down on Amy's head.
Voice type: Low-Medium. Anything that sounds fatherly. Mix it up here and give me what you've got!

Age: Roughly in his 40's
Bio: Amy's homeroom teacher who always watches out for Amy's well-being at her school. He is wise beyond his years and has a heart of gold. He'd do anything for his students.

Bio: Devon's strict and uptight father who cares only about appearances and what other people are saying about himself and his family. He's never really cared much for people that are below him. You could say he's racist and doesn't deal with anyone who doesn't measure up to him.
Voice type: Low-Medium. Serious, an air of regal-ness about him, and snobby.
