Except rather than a terrible American live-action movie, this is animated film that has creator Toriyama involved in the script writing process more than before. I don't think you can really compare the two. Personally, I have high hopes for this movie, as it seems like it'll be more of a conclusion to the Z series.Originally Posted by Xephon0930

Yeah, this will be a new entry in the Anime, it's not like Japan is trying to make a live action or anything..which sometimes aren't bad either.

The fact that Akira Toriyama is involved gives me some high hopes, and personally I'd like to see what they can do with this movie. If it's bad, whatever, get over it!
I'm excited, can't wait to see what they can do with this movie!

I got really excited when I saw that you posted this on Facebook, and then when most of the teaser was just clips from Path to Power... anyways, that pan/transition was pretty beast. So excite.

Are you kidding? The trailer totally shows that the movie'll be taking place near a river and a bunch of rock formations. xD
