    Not to mention completely idiotic. The sauna only makes you sweat water weight, it doesn't actually make you lose fat.

    I think it's important to say that sweating during exercise doesn't burn weight. It's the energy exertion during exercise that burns fat.

    Sitting down in sauna is just as good as sitting down in front of the computer.

    Not to mention the long term health risks - excessive use of Sauna's can make you dehydrated, could cause hypothermia and also can cause loss of Electrolytes which is needed for normal cell function.

    It is seen you can lose maybe around 2-5lbs in saunas but its like the cabbage soup diet, you lose it then it comes back again, quicker than normal.

    good old fashioned, dont be silly - eat well and get off your bum exercise is the best methods.


    .....or for me copious amounts of stress which has made me lose half a stone in the past month - not the healthiest way tbh!

    I've lost 22 pounds in 2 weeks.
    You don't believe me? I swear it's not a lie.
    But you can only do it if you really, really want to.
    The secret--> skip dinner.
    That may sound crazy, but it works and you'll get used to it.
    I did this for 6 month and even though I eat dinner again I don't gain weight anymore.
    Dinner makes fat, especially if you eat many carbohydrates. Bread, rice and noodles have plenty of them. EVEN wholemeal stuff.
    If you can't tolerate your hunger in the evening feel free to chew chewimg gums. (Without sugar of course.)
    Chewing gums without sugar have 3 calories on average.
    Gladly, you can eat as much as you want for breakfast and lunch!
    Even sweets.
    Just skip dinner. It works! But you have to do it for a long period of time unless you want the yo-yo effect to appear.
    Weight before diet, 191.4 Lbs.
    Weight after diet, 162.8 Lbs.

    Eat like a Queen/King in breakfast. (I can't do this, my stomach doesn't have the capacity or want to eat that much.)

    Eat like a Princess/Prince in lunch. (This is my main meal of the day.)

    Eat like a pauper at night. (Whatever I want, really, nothing too much, though.)

    Apparently it really works. Well, thing is that your body needs most of its calories during the day, not so much at night. It might also help with sleeping habits too.

    I fully agree with this because this is what I do and it works very well, plus Weight Lifting at the gym after school.

    Now for a kind of troll answer: go to the moon. You weigh 0 lbs there.

    Hmm... I'm on pretty much a "grapefruit" diet without the grapefruit. :p
    Basically my meals have been mainly consisting of chicken, chicken, chicken (variously prepared of course) and lots and lots of water...
    Except for every other weekend, then it's sweets city! XD
    (Probably not the best diet ever but I am losing at a steady rate so I'll not complain too much.)

    Before going for a jog or starting an exercise routine in the morning (this is just for mornings.) drinking a glass of hot or warm water mixed with the juice of a lemon and some good old honey, proves to be extremely helpful if you're trying to lose fat around your abdomen region. This should only be had on an empty stomach.. Not even a cup of coffee, mind you! -_- I know people who have tried it for a couple of weeks, and have seen surprising results. Though, I still have to try this out! (If only, I could keep off of coffee for a couple of hours in the morning.. -_-)
