I never thought about soulmates, until I met my beloved Zai-kun. He's my very first boyfriend, and I met him when I was twelve years old. I'm seventeen now. So yeah, you could say he changed my mind on the subject; it's easier for me to believe in soulmates now.

I don't believe in soulmates. I think there is such a thing as love (I'd be inhuman if I didn't) but all love has the potential to fall apart, I think. There is always a quirk, there is always a mar, that prevents perfection. Soulmates is something meant for cheap Harlequin romance novels, they are fantasies in my opinion.

Then again, I've never been in a relationship that clicked . . . and there are nearly 6.5 billion people in the world now . . .

I think it's cute. I see the whole connection thing but I'm unsure if I believe it or not.

Every teapot does have a lid, the question is on how many. This fits with alot of people.

However, I do believe everyone has a soulmate, a person just for them.

I believe in soulmates, but I don't think there's one for me. When they made me, they broke the mold. There isn't another person like me on this planet.

Need a solid voice actor to fill that role you just can't seem to cast? I'm your Final Fantasy!

I think people are empathic and have a desire to complete themselves with another being, and that people can make true, powerful connections with one another than transcends the facets of mortality as we know it. Weather or not there is that "one person" that has the capability to complete a person completely and utterly, depends on the person.

People who have a mature understanding of themselves, their strengths and weaknesses, and what they truly desire out of life probably have a much better chance of finding a real "soul mate". Whereas people who are caught up the romanticism of the idea, and just want to be loved will probably have a harder time of it.

So I don't put a lot of stock in "fate" and "destiny", but I sure as hell believe that there are people that were really made for each other.

That is one Eff'ed up Pikachu. Gotta catch you all.
