Again, you're talking about critiques

Some good points about including compliments, and being specific about asking retakes if you want them - I'm clearly in a minority in believing that producers should give critiques under most conditions. I think it's part of the audition/directorial process; if somebody won't do retakes at auditions and improve their performances, why should you assume that you'll get better results when you ask for retakes during production?
