This game is pretty simple, but oh so fun.
Basically, someone makes a wish (For example: I wish for a pool) then, the next person grants (quotes) that wish, but with an unintended consequence (Using the pool wish as an example you might say "Granted. You receive a Kiddie Pool")
The only rule that come to mind, besides forum rules of course, is you can not add "this wish can not be corrupted" to your wish. It kinda kills the point of this game. Anyone doing this will be considered a "troll" and ignored, in which case the person who was to grant that wish instead just makes one.
