hi i am new here and this is my first post , i have a short cartoon animation and currently i am looking for someone who arrange voice actors and do all stuffs related to dubbing , i have also written script in English for my little cartoon project , now i dont know from where i start here as i tried to find out here to contact some one here , anyway guys let me know how can one contact here and with whom and what are the charges here for voice actors ... can someone please explain me all these things in details ..
