I'm saying that WINDY is a known member of the mafia side, since she was used and was known to be caught by the mafia. Though I'm inclined to think that Windy can only make there be wind and can't capture...or it could solely have been Sakura's doing. But I mean, WINDY COULD be a member of the mafia, right? WINDY could be in this game but we just don't know it! What I'm saying is that she might not even be under Sakura's jurisdiction, but is on the mafia side.

Yes, because I have a feeling Windy is in the game but because of the flavor text, everyone's just assuming she isn't and that using Windy is a Sakura attack.

I get you now, and that makes sense, but I'm still not certain why that makes Ying suspicious. Because she wasn't around the first night, and the WINDy was active the second night? That seems to be reaching a little.
