A Change in Me

I was recently in "Beauty and the Beast" over the summer and I fell in love with the song "A Change in Me" that Belle sings in Act Two (and I'm disappointed that it was not in the original Broadway show until Toni Braxton took over). No, I was not Belle since my voice type does not quite fit Belle (well that, and Asian Belle looks funny). Additionally, no, I was not the Beast as so many people think is funny when they ask. =P

I chose to record this song for fun and since I found a karaoke for it I figured, "Hey."

Notes:
I already know I have sad mic quality, by the way. I'm too involved with other things to really put my money into a new microphone at this time (I'm using the same mic I have been for nearly six years), and I figure if the song's not filled with pops and static and you can basically understand what I'm saying, then I'm all right for now. >D;

Vocally, I don't really like the way I said "A truer life begin/And it's so good and real" but I was honestly too lazy to re-record it. I dislike the "i" in "begin" with a passion.

Oh yeah, and there's a weird static pop at the beginning of the song that was in the karoake. I recall removing it but when I changed the .wav into .mp3 it came back, so I don't know. I'm leaving it for now.

EDIT: Every time I try to play it in hi-fi on Soundclick, it slows the song down and changes the pitch. I don't know if it does that for everyone, but it's just a warning because it sounds really weird. >D;

oh.. LOL the Hi-Fi made your voice deeper.. i listened to the Lo-Fi and it was in a slightly higher register. .. does that really do that for all songs? or just this recording.. never used sound click.

Well at least you can say .. Sound Click can make you a voice actor just by uploading!.. various pitches included! XD;;

but it was nice, i liked the lo-fi out of the two. Although when you were belting that one part.. the mic was reaching its peak i guess.. it started to muffle.. but nice overall, i liked it.

Yeah, I was testing the hi-fi and was like, "Whoa, man voice, hello." I didn't think it normally did that. And yeah, again, bad mic, I take steps back to stop myself from overpowering it, but then I have to up the volume in that area a little bit and the quality gets weird.
