I'm experiencing that RIGHT NOW and GOD you're in understanding company.

A few pet peeves;

<-> People who think it's personal if they try to scout you and you say no, then essentially put a personal death warrant on your head.

<-> Projects where the person in charge talks about them constantly, casts them, then nevers does anything with them, all the while still going on and oooon and oooooooon about how awesome their cast is and how great the fandub's gonna turn out.

<-> Anyone who can't take feedback(this is a common one, of course).

<-> People who come to me trying to convince me that internet roles are anything more than fun/experience, and that they can use them on a resume'. Especially in parodies(here's lookin' at you, Abridged series).
"I got my experience through acting classes, practice, and being in a theatre group. That's how I got my job. Not cuz I voiced Ichigo yelling 'BUTTERFLY!' for two years."

People who cast for a project but have a different thread for every chapter/episode.
Seriously, if you're fandubbing something then keep it in the one thread and just cast the characters like that, you don't need seperate threads with the same characters and just one or two new ones if any.

People who put in their sig random anime characters that they like to think they play well but they don't, according to a recent fandub of theirs.

I don't think FUNimation realizes that if they held voice acting/singing contests and workshops they would rake in a ton of money.

I've been recently guilty of that one. Though I felt I was justified(having not used forums in over a year prior and those being my first two posts on the VAA) I suppose that wouldn't change the fact^^;.
