So. If theres someone who you have cast in 2 projects that you are doing, that isn't turning in lines for the first project at all, and is ignoring your PM's and such, would it be bad if I

    1) Recast them for the first project since they're obviously not turning in lines

and 2) Recast them for the second project because if they can't turn in lines for the first project, then how can i trust them with lines for the second one?

Well, just in case, time to find more people who can do sexy voices.
Anybody who calls themselves a prodigy is not worthy of being in a project.

I think that'd be justified, depending on how long you've waited.
I get the feeling it's been a while, so I'd probably do the same thing.

It depends. How far past the deadline are they for the first project? And have they logged in to the VAA recently? Sometimes people miss PMs and emails because they just don't log in. I try to send a copy of the same message via email and PM just in case one doesn't get through.

If it's been more than a month, put up a recast thread. If they come and say "what gives?" in the first week or so after posting the recast thread, ask them "what gives?" right back and if they have a reasonable explanation, let them keep the part. If they don't respond to that, well, obviously they aren't interested in the part anymore and you're good to go.

    AUDITION FOR
#2 in the Saisei Project. After defeating the Four Saint Beasts,
Yusuke and friends go to Chu's tavern for a victory lunch,
only to stumble across a grisly new case when Kuwabara
    is kidnapped by man-eating demons.

Peeve: The deadline for lines for my radioplay was yesterday, so I sent out an email a week in advance to everyone to remind them. I got a lot of responses, which made me happy, but two people didn't even reply. When the deadline hit, I sent another email asking if anyone needed extensions. One person still didn't reply, but another replied saying "Shit, I forgot about this. Just give me some time." Sad thing is, I had the same problem with this same person for the last episode of the radioplay. Only then, he had an excuse since he was apparently moving. He just doesn't seem to have much interest which sucks because he has a big role and this will probably be a pretty long series. I mean, it very well might be one of those cases where someone's "famous" and they feel that no matter how reckless or lazy they are with lines the producer will keep them on since they're "so awesome." He's pretty well known around here, as far as I know at least. It just bugs me when someone is not just lazy about a project, but completely forgets about it and acts as if it's "no big deal." Well it wouldn't be, if this was the first time this happened. And of course, on top of all that, one person still hasn't replied since the first email I sent out over a month ago. /rant

Like they made a review of a project, and reviewed everyone on the cast INCLUDING themself but like wrote out the review on themself the same way they did for the rest of the cast as if they were reviewing another person.

    ^ This

Pretty much anyone who reviews themselves annoys me though. Keep it to yourself.

    That's interesting. Why?
