Unprofessionalism. This is something I'm very touchy about. I like to do things 'right' or in the correct way and when I see people missing deadline dates or just handing out roles to random people just because they're the first person to audition...it really gets to me. In my humble opinion deadlines are set for a reason, and everyone should be evaluated before a role is handed out.
^ Sorry, I might sound a little annoyed there, but this is a personal pet peeve of mine. o.e
And, of course, the big one; when people tell you you've got the role and then a week later hand it out to someone else without giving you any notice.
I was told I definitely had the role of the character. Fine with me, that was great news; but when I heard nothing from the person for I week I checked their channel and saw the role was now held by someone else. This wouldn't have been so bad if they at least had the courtesy to tell me. ;A;
Plus, again, it's unprofessional. If someone doesn't fit the role don't immediately give it out to them. Wait until the deadline and evaluate everyone who auditioned, please! The world will be a better place! xD
Again, I apologize if I sound a little agitated. These things just tick me off. xD
