Mini projects

I at 169 Productions am very prone to making various and numerous mini projects, which are projects that are to take a short time. I am wondering if it is possible to have people able to contribute their vocal talent for the mini projects without having to be bustling with auditions. How would I do so?

just scouting people I guess, most people are willing to do a few short projects without the need for auditions

Just send PMs/e-mails/IMs/etc to people that you'd like to take part in your production, asking if they would like to take part in it. This is called scouting.
