Music Is My Thing - Hikaru no Go

So. I've been meaning to sing this song for a while.

It's Music Is My Thing, which is the 5th ending to Hikaru no Go and sung by DREAM. It's a very addicting song that I've loved for years. So...being the dork I am, I sang it.

It's quite a difficult song, as with many DREAM songs. It's very belty, and the notes are held semi-long, making it even harder. My voice didn't want to agree with me while I sang it, so it's not exactly perfect -- or great.

All in all, it was sung for fun. The mixing...took forever. You'll see why when you listen -- especially in the final choruses. I didn't record the "ring my bell" back up vocals, etc, because I didn't know they weren't in the karaoke. I might record them some other time and mix them in.

It sounds fine. I can tell you struggled in a few parts, but overall it was fine, so shaddup. MUSIC IS MY THING. What on earth does that have to do with Go? And I REALLY liked the echoes, except the one at the very end - it sounded a bit odd. The others, however, were awesome. But you need to add the different note "ring my bell" things. Cuz those are totally awesome.

Oh, it's very nice, your voice suits it quite nicely. You can tell that some of your notes go flat and sometimes your voice gets quiet, but you sing it overall very nicely.

@Ayame: The echo near the end was in the original, so I tried to duplicate it -- guess it didn't quite work? XD And replace "music" with "go" (such a minor detail) and it'd match perfectly! And of course I struggled. Belting ahoy?

@Lunamaria: I think the quietness was a mixing error, but it might not be. Yeah, I noticed the flat notes. >>
