X/1999 Trailer

Hey! I'd like to thank my wonderful cast so far for their hard work. We're only getting warmed up, though, so I hope everyone's ready to hang in there for the long haul. ^_^ Also, thanks to Mindy-chan for maintaining our website (link below my signature), and to Hikuro and Battousai for helping me with SFX. Revised script (I had to switch around/delete a few scenes) and MP3 are in the zip file. Any comments/criticism is appreciated.

I apologize for taking so long to get this out. Real life sure can be hectic sometimes, plus Angelfire refused to upload it at first. Also, listening back to the final mixdown, I noticed some flaws with my mixing. I think the biggest is the quality of sound at points. Apparently, n-track doesn't want to cooperate with other certain programs, so I did the best I could in mixing in everything. I think the characters that were affected the most, though, were Subaru, Kanoe, Fuma, Kusanagi, and Sorata. I'm terribly sorry for this. Hopefully, this is a mistake I'll make only once, because I love superharris, Katie, EGD, Chris, and Hikuro's voices. Also, I had to edit the BGM to fit the length of the skit, but I don't think the editing is too obvious. ^^; A few clicks here and there, but not enough I think to distract greatly from the overall product. Also, the ending cut off a few seconds earlier then I intended, so my apologies for that. I'll definitely be pickier next time. There are hardly any SFX in this one; when I went back to add them in and listen to it all the way through, I thought it might be too much since there was already so much going on so quickly anyway.

I simply loved everyone's performances. You guys are already making me proud. I'll try my best to live up to your expectations for this radio play, as well. Enjoy!

Wow that was great! Everyone did really well fro mwhat I could hear or make out. Can't really comment on people separelty cause it was hard to tell who's who in a few places but ya. Good job mixing and great choice of music (I love that song ^.^), though maybe a karaoke verison would have been better cuase the song is kinda distracting in different places.

Though yeah I believe it was Fuma & Subaru, that you can't really hear very well. The others you mentioned, you can actually hear them better then those two.

Whoaaa...that was long. XD But it was good. All the voices were so nice, and it's cool hearing Rikka in her non-high voice. Some of the lines were muffled and kinda hard to hear. O_o But it was pretty cool. topleka is looking forward to this. ^-^

hahaha yeah i agree... that`was pretty long for a trailer!! maybe it`s just me but i sorta picked up where you connected the song or something (glitch maybe? at 4:23-ish (maybe it was just the track itself it`s VERY VERY small but yeah *cough*) and 4:44 i believe when seishirou (ahhh i can`t spell) speaks yeah um o__O glitch? cuz it sorta distracted me there :p

me personaly some of the echo was hard to hear what they`re saying exactly so maybe next time you might not want to put is as loud

but other than that, great mixing and voices as well good job!

(can you believe that i could still listen to mp3 files all the way away from home! it`s great! )

Everyone's voices was great and it was just the music overlaying the actors that irked me. Otherwise that problem will go away soon and I can't wait to get started!!!!!

Wow! That was a long trailer! I love that song and the mixing! The voices are great, though to hear some of the voices I had to turn up my sound a tad and then a loud voice would come, lol I have bad luck ^^;;;;;;;;;

x/1999. XD;;;... overall. i liked it~damn, was it ever long but everyone did good acting-wise...though some peoples' sound QUALITIES were ...disturbing. Much <333333ed though!

I'm not sure if I like it or not. I mostly feel guilty about my program butchering some of the voices, and my sincere apologies for that. I'm going to write up a quick script for another teaser, a much shorter one, and send it out later tonight. Thanks for the nice comments, though, and I'll keep the pointers in mind on my future endeavors. ~ Crys
