Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

I know back in the late 90's , there was an Anime story with the Ninja Turtles. As far as I know there is no plans yet of voice dubbing for here in the USA , and it was only 2 episodes .

Its more based on the 80's style cartoon, but they get some kind of majic power from a good fairy named Chrysemue , that turns them into super turtles. Shredder, Krang, Beebop and Rocksteady , the foot soilders and Punk Frogs are in it too. I have seen clips of it with english sub titles and it looks cool, but very weird.

I was wondering if anyone has or has seen the whole anime Mutant Turtles ?? There is also a soundtrack released in Japan for it, has any one heard it??

Well, personally I'm not a big turtle fan anymore since that third movie came out and ruined everything.
And I have seen bits of the OVA you're talking about which was one of the lamest concepts for the TMNT's I'd EVER seen or heard for the franchise.

Originally, I was hoping the franchise was dead since not even the new 4Kids show has been scoring much for points in the last 2 years, and now this movie is coming out rather soon, but honestly doesn't look that impressive.

I heard that the OVA was terrible. To tell the truth, I actually liked the 4Kids show until they rolled out with this Fast Forward BS.

There were only two episodes of the Japanese TMNT, and I'm not sure how many manga issues were released.

I have actually been working on a fandub of the first Japanese TMNT episode for a while now. It's been difficult to keep a voice actor for Shredder and now I'm going to look for an April O'Neil, too.

The OVA was very silly and cute. I wouldn't expect *too* much out of the stories, but the animation was pretty cool. Scary, but cool! The soundtrack information can be found at http://www.mikeystmnt.com/
