Amecon invites dub voice actors as guests and makes a point of showing some dub programming as well as asking for dub related panels. Ayacon is more "old school" and prefers the Japanese side of things preferring subbed programming. That said both are fan run unlike expo so as long as you ask nicely they let you run panels on whatever.=3

As a hardcore cosplay rule, yeah. You want your hair to be as character accurate as possible. And the REEEEAAALLY hardcore cosplayer actually dye their hair. At the first Amecon, my friend Maz managed to dye her entire self blue by dying her hair in the shower there... she was dying it to be Rabi en Rose. Hillarious stuff. ^^
