Although I can't see the picture know, I believe RX-78-2 Gundam was holding the Gundam Hammer (ball and chain), and the ZakuII had just picked him up on its sensor (because when it does it's eye glows red).

And Akurah, what are you trying to say? That Amuro's not important enough to be picked up initially? XD
