Isn't Utopia more of a universal state of mind than something measurable in terms of rules, regulations and concrete things?
If everyone actually properly knew about, cared about and treated every single inhabitant of the planet in an equal, non-judgemental and kind way, then that's enough. It'd mean that no-one'd go hungry or cold or lonely, because someone else would notice and care enough to share what they had. I guess that's only practical in small communities, though.![]()
