I think I'm correct in saying that people are enjoying the reviews, but we need more people in the team to make sure there's a constant supply of good reviews. It's very important that you think through applications make sure you have time to commit, and please I need to see a sample review so I can check your writing style a few people didn't send one last time. I edit staff reviews before they go up but I don't want to spend years doing so

Also before you apply think genuinely if you have time, even short reviews take me a few hour to write. I often view/listen to projects multiple times before I'm done. So please think ahead and make sure you'd be able to commit time even when back at school/work, I'm hoping that each member will be able will provide 1 review per week , so that we have regular content. Ideally I'd like more, but if you do a bit less but do it well and on a regular basis I'm fine with it. Be honest about what you can do.If you want to figure out how much time you could spend I'd say allow 2 hours per review.
To apply:
Please reply to the following and questions ( copy/paste into a PM)
1)Please tell us about your involvement in the AVA community:
e.g.

-Your strengths/ special skills.
2) We need to see a sample review, reviews should be between 250-450 words long. For an example see the reviews section.
3) Is there anything else you want to tell us? ( team you want to be in, ideas etc?)
