I love the pose... though, I think her chest may be lopsided ^_^;;
I never pictured her as a blonde (not sure what I pictured her as), but she's cute, especially the expression.
I like the shadowing on the skirt, but I think a little more shading could be added other places (I know it's a bitch in Paint, but I know it can be done)... maybe some shine or something to give the hair depth. The hair style is great, but it looks flat compared to her 3D-ish shirt.

and lol... I don't think you need to ask people to comment in your title. It's kinda assumed that people who post want comments. Silly.

Anyway, though. Very nice job for MSPaint.
