So, earlier I was watching, "The Hand of Fear", Sarah Jane's last story in the 4th Doctor's era. (I even cried at the end XD.) I was inspired by the episode and the music from Chrono Crusade, "Sayonara Solitaire", and decided to write a monologue dealing with the feelings a companion may have upon leaving the Doctor after travelling with him.
