Listen Here
Ok for those of you new to the Kazahana universe I strongly recommend listening to the 471 radioplay that we both worked on as the commerical is a direct parody of the piece. The difference between our collabortive efforts is that this time both of us are now sharing the responsibility of mixing instead of just Edwyn before.

Synopsis
Running a giant free-for-all tournament is hard work and quite an expensive task. How is the inner circle able to pay for research on the KID, judge's wages and bodyguard fees? One word, infomertials. It's that time for Syuuhei and the gang is ready to start making fools of themselves all in the name of making some cold hard cash.

*Gasp* TWO Kazahana pieces in the same day!
That's right folks, Edwyn and myself have joined forces once again to bring you some audio goodness for your ears to enjoy. I find it ironic that on the same day that Edwyn posts his production, Max informs me that my piece was uploaded at that it was ready for the VA treatment.
This little venture into madness was brought about by a number of events that drove the production past the concept stages. First and foremost during an AIM conversation with Max he stated that he would really like to see a humerous piece about the Kazahana Universe as many of the entires were rather on the serious side. A week later my friend who sold Cutco Knives came by and asked us to listen to his sales pitch which was rather joke. In my head I thought it would be funny if a character such as 471 endorsed such a product and thus the concept for the Edge-o-Matic came into existance.
What really motivated me to actually write down the script was our little meet up on January 2nd. After meeting the rest of the lifepoint1 VAs I felt it was my duty to get this thing down.
When writing the script I wanted to make Syuuhei the central character for multiple reasons. For one, it had been a while since Tamtu had voice a piece for lifepoint1 and second we hadn't seen much of Syuuhei since the first radioplay so I just had to bring him back. I thought it was funny how Edwyn choose to write something light-hearted about the duties of the Kazahana judges while my radioplay is almost a direct parody of 471 and includes small tidbits about the existing cast that those familar to the story would get a kick out of.
This was the first project that I was involved in which I co-produced. I really felt like the guy deserved a break as he's been asked countless times to produce audio so I wanted to take some of the weight off his shoulders. Edwyn is a fanastic producer as he did the 471 clip in the beginning as he did so in the past. Once again, the guy just blew me away with his skillful interpritation of first minute of the piece and really made it come out alive.
I couldn't have asked for a better voice acting cast. Everyone involved was utterly awesome and really brought out the humerous side of their roles. I really learned a thing or two about acting and mixing with this piece as it was just a dream to put together.
Just to remind everyone. Edwyn handled the segment dealing with 471 while I handled everything else.
Enjoy!
