The quality of this gets a little cracky in some parts and I have absolutely no idea why but...

I agree with Adam. While I love it when people give examples of their work, so I can see the quality of said work, I feel that if we make that sort of thing mandatory, people will just throw together...

I think my biggest peeve at the moment is ... this waiting game. I've never played waiting games well, that is waiting to hear news or waiting to finish a project, since I have horrible patience. But...
