That good. I've been pretty busy, too, with classes, work and such. Finally returned to the VAA. The UM project is still going. Are you still confirmed for the role of the mother?

Hey, I read over "Reasons for Defying Reason" and found it to be excellent! Very vivid, lifelike characters and a tightly constructed narrative nicely conveyed in a sharp, disciplined writing style. I really do hope you'll continue with this, as I'm a fan of the original film as well. Your portrayal of him is so faithful to the original as someone who's enigmatic and eerie, but still somber, reticent and gentle and just overall loveable. Really beautiful stuff, and I definitely hope you'll write more in the future.

Plus, I loved that the protagonist is from New Orleans; I spent most of my high school years there, and I think an ex of mine attended UNO as well.
