I'll admit, I was a bit disappointed that the anime portion was taken out of the con. NYAF was never something that was extremely great. It never was onpar with at least Otakon and no where near close to Anime Expo.

Character sheets are being refined. I've been more focusing on the audio and the actors being set up than the actual character designs lately. I've been working on the announcement trailer that will be roughly 5 minutes long. Will be finding out next week sometime
