I managed to figure out how to get the game to have voices itself. I am leaning towards a video because I want to respect their decision not to have people alter the game in any way. (I'll probably end up releasing the game itself anyway, though. I'm just too afraid to ask for permission, oops. I even thought of making up a story about my friend being blind and wanting to play the game a lot, but I don't know if I have the heart to do it.)

I appreciate the help! It would be great if we could get the game on other platforms (though, at the moment I only plan on releasing Act I; I am not quite sure how reliable my voice actors are going to be) and it would be really nice if I could get some help on audio editing. It's hard to get everyone on the same level of volume and quality for visual novels, since the recording equipment varies from person to person.

HAha, I can understand. I'd get in the action, but I dunno what sort of sounds I could mae using my voices. I never tried it before. xD

I bark a *whole* lot, so I like to have some bite behind said barking. And yeah, I've been using RPG Maker for quite some time, though I'm currently trying to leave RPG Maker for other mediums of story telling for branching out's sake. And thanks for the tip, I certainly will work on that level balancing. I've still got quite a bit of learning to do on my end.

Also, completely unrelated, but I find it great that you're willing to branch out to VAs in your position. I know plenty enough people on here alone that certainly wouldn't do the same in your shoes.
