ok to audition for something, go over to the auditions forum. It's separated into audio projects (radioplays, singing, audiobook, etc) and visual projects (anime fandubs, cartoons, manga dubs, etc). Once you find something you like, you record the audition lines for that production and send them to the producer usually through email. Then you wait for the audition deadline and the cast list. That's pretty much how things work. I kind of don't have any open auditions at the moment though
