There is a clip that you can find here. However, I don't believe there are any lip flaps to sync your voice with because Ansem (or DiZ) is wearing a black coat with the hood up. It would be nice if you could match the timing of the Japanese to some degree.

I am a: Voice Actor, Producer, Singer, Musician

VA Info: Been voice acting for about 3 years now, involved extensively in fandubs as well as a radioplay or two, and now making my way into indie games, flash animations etc.

Vocal range: Natural bass-baritone, suited for villains and narrators, though I'm always working on my higher range as well playing young/heroic characters.
