I found this help ALOT! When I first started out :3 ^_^ - If you need a recording program. Most computers will already have one. Go to All Programs then Accessories, down to entertainment and you'll find sound recorder. It's the most basic program but not very good. The best free program is audacity which you can download here: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ Next, take a look at the tutorials in the help and recruitment section. Here are a few you might find useful: http://voiceactingalliance.com/board...=2&pp=&conly=0 - Azure's guide to what you need. Azure is the one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and she actually started VAA too. She explains about microphones and audio pragrams way better than me. http://voiceactingalliance.com/board...ad.php?t=12329 - This is a short guide to using audacity and if you need more info, the audacity site should be able to explain things. http://voiceactingalliance.com/board...=1&pp=&conly=0 - Tips for new amatuer voice actors written by haushinka. Listen to her, she's an awesome VA and knows what she's talking about. I've casted her myself. http://voiceactingalliance.com/board...ad.php?t=10181 - A basic guide to auditioning by Nikkita. She's another talented VA, whose been doing this for years. Go to the tutorials section for more - http://voiceactingalliance.com/board...splay.php?f=47 - All I can mainly say is to audition, audition and audition! if you dont get a role the first time dont give up just keep trying and get your self out there and make friends ^_^ VAA is full of wonderful nice people ^_^ If you have any other questions bout anything just leave another message (Or if you have Skype or Hotmail just add me on that ^_^ just tell me who it is first XD!) Hope to talk to you soon^_^ Hope this helped^^; ~ Luchia
